How do I use Xtra! Coupons?

Just go point your phone browser to Coupons on your cellphone and search for your favorite coupons. You’ll first have to sign up (just give us your phone number and your zip code – that way we can present you with coupons in your area), but then you’re wide open to find coupons from your favorite retailers.

How do I redeem a Coupon?

Pick a coupon from the list on your phone’s browser. Click on the words "Redeem Coupon" that is shown at the bottom of the page describing the offer. The system will ask you if you really want to redeem the coupon (click on YES). A virtual coupon is then displayed on your phone’s screen – just show this to the cashier at your retailers.

There’s no paper coupon?

That’s the advantage of Xtra! Coupons. You always have your cell phone with you so you never leave that great coupon at home. The retailers that offer our coupons have agreed to accept it right off the phone. Just remember you have to show the screen with the Yellow coupon box.

What phones does this work on? Will it work on my phone?

If your phone supports the mobile web then you should be all set. If you don’t have a data plan on your phone, contact your carrier and have them turn it on.

What does this cost?

Xtra! Coupons doesn’t charge you anything. But, your cell phone provider may charge you for accessing the web through your phone. Their standard data rates will apply. The best thing to do is talk to them about an unlimited data plan - then you won’t ever have to worry about it!

I’m on the go. How do I see what offers are available in my new area?

When you access Xtra! Coupons on your phone, at the top of the "Today’s Coupons" page you will see your current zip code listed. Click on that to change your zip code. If you are in a new area, just change your zip code (you can also enter the city and state if you don’t know the zip code) to get coupons and offers for that area.

My phone doesn’t have a data plan. Can I use Text Messages?

Absolutely! Just text message a Category of item that you are interested in to 99299. For example, RESTAURANT or CLEANERS. If it is your first time, we’ll ask you for your zip code and then send you a text message coupon for your area.

Where are Xtra! Coupons accepted?

Just take a look on our website and on your phone. We are adding more retailers on a daily basis. If you can’t find what you are looking for, keep coming back. Better yet, tell your retailer to sign up with us so we can offer you their coupons!

How often can I use an Xtra! Coupon?

Each coupon has a "Uses Left" indication. The retailer can set the number of times he wants you to be able to use the coupon. Some will say unlimited, but others may be only a one-time offer. Check each coupon carefully – but we always ask you to confirm your intent before we send you the actual coupon. Don’t worry if you used your last coupon from a retailer. That means you already saved money! Anyway, retailers update and add coupons regularly, so just check back again soon.

I don’t have a phone with a web browser and I don’t use text messages. Can I use Xtra! Coupons?

Sorry, no.

Are the coupons always the same?

Definitely not! Retailers can add and update coupons at any time so offers will change everyday from someone!

The cashier at the retailer I have a coupon for would not accept the coupon. What can I do?
